A Delicious Valentines Day cocktail!

Preparation time — 5 min

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml Little Red Berry Co Pink Gin

Lemonade to top

Fresh strawberries (cut into heart shapes)

Fresh mint

& Fresh raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill a large gin glass with plenty of large ice - optional: make it fruitier by muddling some strawberries & raspberries in the bottom of the glass before you add ice!

Add 50ml Pink Gin

top with lemonade to your liking

Cut the strawberries into heart shapes by slicing in half then cutting a triangle shape by the stalk to create a heart shape.

add fresh raspberries & fresh mint to garnish too!

Share with a loved one & pair with a charcuterie board for a delicious date night in!
