Gin Paloma

A gin paloma is a vibrant cocktail that mixes the botanical notes of gin with grapefruit soda, rosemary and lime for a refreshing and zesty experience.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml London Dry Gin

25ml lime juice, freshly squeezed

25ml pink grapefruit juice

Soda (to top)

Pinch of salt

Garnish: lime wheel and rosemary

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the gin, lime juice, and pinch of salt to the glass, and fill with ice.

Top with grapefruit juice & soda. Stir briefly and gently to combine.

Garnish with a lime wheel and rosemary
