Gin Daiquiri

A gin daiquiri is a zesty cocktail blending the botanical notes of gin with fresh lime juice and simple syrup for a refreshing twist on the classic.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml london dry gin

20ml lime juice, freshly squeezed

15ml ounce demerara sugar syrup

Garnish: lime twist

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the gin, lime juice and demerara sugar syrup to a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.

Double strain through fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a lime twist.
