Pink Gin Mojito

Pink Gin Mojito is a refreshing twist on the classic mojito, blending the botanical notes of gin with the vibrant sweetness of pink gin.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

200ml Sicilian Lemonade

50ml Pink Gin

10 mint leaves

1 wedge of lemon

Raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

Tear the mint leaves and add to a tall glass with fresh raspberries and 50ml of pink gin. Muddle, then fill with ice and top with Sicilian Lemonade. Garnish with a wedge of Lemon.
