INGREDIENTS NEEDED

• 50ml The Little Red Berry Co Pink Gin

• 25ml Lemon juice

• 10ml Sugar syrup

• Lemon slice to garnish

• Prosecco

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add Gin, Lemon Juice & sugar syrup to a glass and stir. (shaking helps to aerate and dilute as you shake over ice - stirring keeps the strength which is needed for this type of cocktail) 

2. Top with prosecco to your liking. 

3. Take the lemon, give it a slight twist over the glass, rub the rim & add to your glass & enjoy!
