Fresh and Summery Cocktail

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

60ml Elderflower and Cucumber Flavoured Gin
15ml Elderflower cordial
25ml Lime juice
2 Tsp Sugar
Top with soda
Mint leaves & cucumber slices for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

To a shaker add large ice, Elderflower & Cucumber Gin, elderflower cordial, lime juice and sugar.

Shake until you see condensation form on the outside of the shaker and then pour into a chilled tall glass filled 3/4 full with crushed ice.

Top with soda and garnish with a few fresh mint leaves and slices of cucumber.
