Sweet and Sharp

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

30ml Sloe Gin
20ml Limoncello
Top Prosecco
Orange Peel for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

To a shaker add large ice, Sloe Gin and Limoncello.

Shake until you see condensation form on the outside of the shaker and then pour into a chilled tall glass.

Top with prosecco.

For a wow factor pour the prosecco in slowly down the back of a spoon handle into the glass to create visible layers! Garnish with a slice of orange skin.
