Tasting Notes - With the base of our Spirit being sugar beet the taste is mildly sweet & sharp making our Sloe Gin balanced, light and very moreishThis Gin has a warming sweetness from a blend of subtle & classic blends of hardy Juniper berry followed by a fruity, rich and tart cherry flavour which comes from the sloe berry followed by notes of almonds & marzipan which are derived from the sloe stones.
Best enjoyed as a double measure over a large amount of ice that's topped with a premium tonic, prosecco or fruit juice, we love fresh orange juice with ours. Best garnished with a fresh slice of orange! It's also great in any Gin cocktail recipe.
It's also good to know that we’re a small family business based in Yorkshire. Whenever possible all our fruits & herbs are locally sourced from ethical farmers who are just as passionate about the environment as we are. Every step from farm to bottle is done by hand in a bid to be as green as possible. All our bottles are made using low carbon methods & are recyclable. Our labels are printed onto recycled paper using low carbon methods too. Our entire range is Accidentally Vegan - most Spirit companies use bugs or even fish organs to create their drinks - not us! We also use fresh fruit, make no mistake, so your bottle might need a shake!
