An unusual, fresh tasting cocktail

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

60ml London Dry
20ml Lemon
20ml Butterfly Pea Tea syrup
25g Lemon Curd
37.5ml Apple Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

To a shaker add ice, apple juice, lemon curd, butterfly pea tea syrup, lemon juice & London Dry Gin.

Shake until you see condensation form on the outside of the shaker and then pour over ice into a glass and garnish with a slice of lemon skin.
