Lemon and Thyme Red Snapper

A spicy, tangy and deliciously unusual cocktail.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml Lemon and Thyme gin

125ml Tomato juice

12ml Lemon juice

a pinch of Salt

a pinch of Pepper

a dash of Tabasco sauce

a dash of Worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Hall fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add all the ingredients and stir well.

Strain in to an ice filled Collins glass and garnish with a slice of Lemon, Thyme and Celery stick
