Lemon and Thyme Spritz

A perfect summer cocktail that's both subtly sweet and mildly savoury.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml Lemon and Thyme gin

Prosecco

Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

Half fill a large wine glass with ice.

Pour over Lemon and Thyme gin and fill the glass 2/3 with 1 part soda and 2 parts Prosecco.

Gently stir and garnish with a Thyme and Lemon slice
