INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml Elderflower and Cucumber gin

Prosecco

Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

Half fill a large wine glass with ice.

Pour over Elderflower and Cucumber gin and fill the glass 2/3 with 1 part soda and 2 parts Prosecco.

Gently stir and garnish with a Mint sprig, Lemon and Cucumber slice
