A synergistic combination that’s sharp and moreish.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml Sloe Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

10ml Sugar syrup

Champagne

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the first 3 ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill 2/3 with ice and shake.

Pour in to an empty slim Collins glass, top with champagne and garnish with a slice of Lemon
