Elderflower and Sloe Gin Collins

A classic cocktail that's slightly sweet, fruity and lightly floral.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml Sloe Gin

25ml Elderflower Cordial

25ml Lemon Juice

10ml Sugar Syrup

Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the first 4 ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill 2/3 with ice and shake.

Strain over an ice filled Collins glass, top with soda and garnish with a slice of Lemon.
