Enjoy your Greek Goddess with Lemon & Thyme Flavoured Gin

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml Lemon and Thyme flavoured Gin

25ml Elderflower Cordial

Squeeze of half a lime

4 Fresh mint leaves

Soda Water

Topped with Prosecco

We recommend a regular high ball glass for this one, or a large jam jar!

INSTRUCTIONS

Give the fresh mint a good slap on the back of your hand to help release the flavours.

Add some ice to your glass, then the mint.

Pour in the flavoured gin and elderflower cordial.

Give it a good mix up.

Squeeze in the lime juice.

Add soda water to 3 parts fill the glass and then top with 25ml of Prosecco.
