Raspberry Gin Jelly

A fruity boozy jelly!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

  • Jelly Cubes (preferred flavour) 
  • Raspberry Gin
  • Boiling water
  • Jam jars

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl mix boiling water with jelly cubes. Stir until jelly dissolves. Stir in the desired amount of Raspberry Gin Liqueur and a splash of water. Pour into small jam jars once cooled and leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour.

Once they’ve set you can enjoy!
