INGREDIENTS NEEDED
50ml Rhubarb & Sweet Cicely Flavoured Gin
50ml Prosecco
15ml cloudy apple juice
Optional - a splash of Sweet Cicely Champagne or Sambuca
INSTRUCTIONS
Half fill a glass with ice.
Pour Rhubarb & Sweet Cicely Flavoured Gin to fill the glass top with prosecco & cloudy apple juice, add in the optional splash of Sweet Cicely champagne or sambuca if you wish to, and gently stir before garnishing with a wheel of lemon.
