INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml Elderflower and Cucumber Gin

50ml Pineapple Juice

12ml Lemon Juice

12ml Vanilla Syrup

2 Passion Fruits

Champagne

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the pulp of 1 1/2 passion fruits, Elderflower and Cucumber gin, Pineapple juice, Lemon juice and Vanilla syrup to a cocktail shaker, fill 2/3 with ice and shake well.

Fine strain into a Martini glass and garnish with 1/2 a passion fruit and serve with a small glass of Champagne on the side
