Make your pancakes from scratch or use a packet job, we don’t judge, then to a small hot pan pour in you desired amount of Raspberry Gin Liqueur then thicken on a low heat by stirring in sugar to create your boozy syrup. Once it’s reached the desired consistency pour over your fresh stack of pancakes and garnish with fresh raspberries!
