A classic & beautiful pairing, the sweetness of the fruit compliments the bitterness of the prosecco. A must try!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml Raspberry Gin

Prosecco

Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

Half fill a large wine glass with ice.

Pour over Raspberry Gin and fill the glass 2/3 with 1 part soda and 2 parts Prosecco.

Gently stir and garnish with a Mint sprig and a Raspberry
