A deliciously light and elegant cocktail.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml Rhubarb and Sweet Cicely Flavoured Gin

25ml Lemon juice

10ml Sugar syrup

Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the first 3 ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill 2/3 with ice and shake.

Strain over an ice filled Collins glass, top with soda and garnish with a slice of Lemon.
