The perfect balance of sweet and sour, a beautiful drink with a silky smooth finish.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

50ml Blackberry Whisky

25ml Lemon juice

10ml Sugar syrup

Egg white

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill 2/3 with ice and shake well.

Strain over an ice filled Rocks glass and garnish with slice of Lemon and a Blackberry
