Tasting Notes - With the base of our Spirit being sugar beet the taste is mildly sweet & sharp making our London Dry Gin balanced, light and very moreish.
On the nose our blend of botanicals & base of sugar beet creates an unusually bright, aromatic, floral & crisp tipple with the right balance of dry woodiness from the Juniper berries. On the palate a citrusy, almost sherbet like, flavour is evoked from a blend of coriander seeds & citrus zest with spicy peppery & mulled undertones from the cinnamon and cardamom.
Best enjoyed as a double measure over a large amount of ice that's topped with a premium tonic and garnished with a fresh sprig of rosemary, a twist of pink grapefruit skin and a pinch of dried juniper berries! It's also great in any Gin cocktail recipe.
Best stored out of direct sunlight, in a cool place.

Amy - "The Dry gin is something I would never of chosen, I always feel like I need to go for the fruity flavours. But it was SO GOOD! It was such a lovely tasty and easy drink to drink. I popped in some fresh fruit, tonic and ice and I was so surprised with how tasty it was!! I don’t know why I had it in my head that dry Gins aren’t nice because how wrong was I!! It’s bloody delicious!"
