Our Lemon & Thyme Flavoured Gin is described as a herbal, savoury & subtly sweet Gin. 


Our Lemon & Thyme Flavoured Gin is made from our award-winning Signature London Dry Gin that we infuse with thyme and steep in lemon-infused spring water until it reaches the desired taste levels. All our Gin range is made from distilled fermented sugar beets giving it an incredibly smooth mouthfeel without the harsh alcoholic 'smack', it's so smooth, full of flavour & palatable that you could drink it over ice!

Tasting Notes -  With the base of our Spirit being sugar beet the taste is mildly sweet & sharp making our Lemon & Thyme Gin balanced, light and very moreish. A subtle classic aromatic blend of hardy Juniper berry followed by a unique and bold herbal Thyme aroma and a subtly sweet and citrusy lemon flavour - evoking memories of a proper Yorkshire herb garden. This is one for the savoury & herbal Gin lovers.


Best enjoyed as a double measure over a large amount of ice that's topped with a Mediterranean tonic or cloudy fruit juice, we love lemonade with ours, best garnished with a fresh slice of lemon & sprig of fresh or dried thyme! It's also great in any Gin cocktail recipe. 


Due to the nature of the ingredients used, it is possible that the colour may change or fade over time. This won't affect the flavour in any way and is still safe to drink. 

To try reduce the risk, make sure it is stored out of direct sunlight, in a cool place.

All our orders are sent with Royal Mail. Standard shipping will be sent Tracked 48, and next day shipping will be sent Tracked 24.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

Any order placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

We are closed between Christmas and New Year, any orders placed during this time will be dispatched the first week in January.

Please note, whilst we always aim to meet the timeframes mentioned above, occasionally there may be delays. If this is the case, you will be contacted via email.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages or packages that are requested to be left in a safe place or left with neighbours.

Chris - "Having never drinking gin before (hated the juniper taste) I tried this lemon & thyme at a local food festival and thought it was really nice, so bought a bottle to bring away with us as my sister is a bit of a gin connoisseur !!! Let's just say, 2 days into the holiday and we've emptied the bottle. It's amazing !!!!! Will reorder as soon as I get home, and try and make it to other local events.
