Ey Up! Here's five delicious cocktails to get you garden-party-ready! Nothing quite like a little garden gathering with our delicious gins. 1. Lemon & Thyme Gin Fizz This refreshing fizz is perfect for a warm spring day. Ingredients: * 50ml Little Red Berry Co Lemon & Thyme Flavoured Gin * 25ml lemon juice * 15ml simple syrup * Soda water, to top * Lemon twist, for garnish Instructions: 1. Combine the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 2. Shake until chilled. 3. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. 4. Top with soda water. 5. Garnish with a lemon twist. 2. Raspberry Gin Spritz This light and bubbly spritz is perfect for a springtime brunch or party. Ingredients: * 45ml Little Red Berry Co Raspberry Gin Liqueur * 90ml Prosecco * 15ml soda water * Raspberry, for garnish & fresh mint (optional) Instructions: 1. Fill a wine glass with ice. 2. Add the gin liqueur, Prosecco, and soda water. 3. Stir gently. 4. Garnish with fresh raspberries (if you're feeling fancy add a little fresh mint too!) 3. Pink Gin & Tonic This classic cocktail is perfect for a springtime session! Ingredients: * 50ml Little Red Berry Co Pink Gin * 120ml tonic water * Lime wedge, raspberries & juniper berries for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a highball glass with ice. 2. Add the gin and tonic water. 3. Stir gently. 4. Garnish with raspberries, lime wedge & juniper berries 4. Rhubarb & Sweet Cicely Gin Sour This tart and refreshing sour is perfect for a springtime evening. Ingredients: * 50ml Little Red Berry Co Rhubarb & Sweet Cicely Gin * 25ml lemon juice * 15ml simple syrup * Egg white, (optional- adds a creaminess to the cocktail) * Rhubarb stalk, for garnish Instructions: 1. Combine the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 2. Shake until chilled and frothy. 3. Strain into a coupe glass. 4. Garnish with a rhubarb stalk. 5. Elderflower & Cucumber Gin Spritz This floral and refreshing fizz is perfect for a springtime picnic. Ingredients: * 50ml Little Red Berry Co Elderflower & Cucumber Gin * 25ml lemon juice * 15ml elderflower cordial * Soda water and prosecco to top * Cucumber slice, for garnish Instructions: 1.
