Ey Up

We started out over 10+ years ago in a kitchen experimenting with jam jars, a fresh batch of Gin and a handful of little red berries, we took our name from the first ingredient used!

We took those freshly made bottles to a fair on a little pop up stall for the very first time and the feedback was so insane that there was an instant demand from the public & stockists who wanted to get their hands on more bottles of our Gin - we we're absolutely blown away by the feedback & reaction and just knew it was now or never! 

We threw ourselves into production until it quickly outgrew the kitchen and we moved into a local rustic unit in the middle of Ripons’ rural landscape where we still remain to this day, saying this we did have to knock through to the neighbouring unit to create more space for our Spirits as we outgrew the OG unit!  

We’re independent & proud to be despite all odds, we know how hard it is and that’s why we’re so chuffed to support other independents, local businesses, farmers & foragers too!
