Ey Up!
So we had a delightful invite in our inbox not too long ago from the lovely team at Freeths Law Firm in Manchester.
The team were wanting a corporate & engaging experience from a queer run business who could offer them some insight into Pride & the origins in the lead up to Pride celebrations.
We headed over with our hand-made Spirits in tow along with all our jam jars for cocktail shaking. We of course started off in a farmhouse kitchen many years ago with nothing but Gin, empty jam-jars & little red berries and so to this day we still use jam-jars for our cocktails and our future development mini-batches!
The team at Freeths thoroughly enjoyed our interactive Spirits tasting with a specialist cocktail, created by us, named after the first pride march or 'Liberation march' as it was known - see this in our 'ow to sup it' section for the recipe!
Here's what the team at Freeths had to say;
''Thanks for coming along we had a great time and loved learning about the Pride march origins!
Some of the attendees’ feedback:
Very impressive set up and professional yet fun and friendly activity
Great chance to mingle with work colleagues, taste delicious drinks and learn something new
Bee and Emily were so lovely and approachable
Opened my eyes to a product I wouldn’t usually go for, and the locally sourced element tops it off!’’
Huge thanks to the Freeths team for having us over we loved talking about our family-owned business as well as some interesting facts & history on both Spirits and the LGBTQIA+ origins.
If you'd like to host a Spirits tasting/ Cocktail class at your premises then do get in touch for a tailored quote!
